Steps to update Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos to KitKat 4.4
- Your first task is, connect your device to your computer via USB cable.
- Now copy both the downloaded file to your device’s memory card. Don’t extract the zip file.
- Disconnect your device and switch off your device, now turn on Galaxy Grand Duos in recovery mode by pressing and holding the Power+Home +Volume Key simultaneously until Samsung logo appears.
Note: In recovery always use volume keys to move up/down and power button to select the highlighted option. - Now perform a factory/data reset, wipe dalvik cache and wipe cache partition . This will clean all you data stored in your device.
- This is the main step of this process. In this process you are actually going to flash the Kitkat 4.4 on your device.
