Steps to update Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos to KitKat 4.4

1. Your first task is, connect your device to your computer via USB cable.
2. Now copy both the downloaded file to your device’s memory card. Don’t extract the zip file.
3. Disconnect your device and switch off your device, now turn on Galaxy Grand Duos in recovery mode by pressing and holding the Power+Home +Volume Key simultaneously until Samsung logo appears.
   Note: In recovery always use volume keys to move up/down and power button to select the highlighted option.
